Zavora status

Whether Zavora is working right now and how it has done since we started measuring. Every figure comes from automatic checks run every minute; where there is no check, the page says “no data”.

What we measure

This page tracks three parts of Zavora. No figure is typed by hand: everything comes from an automatic log that started the day this page went live.

  • API and database. What the WhatsApp agent, the dashboard and payments run on. Every minute the server itself confirms that the database answers and records that minute. A minute with no record counts as down: when the API is down there is nobody left to write anything, so the missing record is the signal.
  • Website (zavorai.com). Every minute the API server loads the home page. If it answers correctly within 10 seconds, that minute counts as up.
  • Dashboard (app.zavorai.com). The same check against the dashboard where businesses see their orders.

How uptime is calculated

API uptime is the number of recorded minutes divided by the minutes that should have been recorded since measuring began. If a period started before we measured, only the later minutes count: 99.9% over “90 days” with two weeks of data means two weeks, not three months.

For the website and dashboard, only the minutes in which they could be checked count. If the API was down, those minutes are left out for the other two; the outage already shows, once, in the API row.

Each bar is one day in UTC. Its color depends on that day's percentage, and gray means no data. The same numbers are available as a table, which screen readers can also read.

What counts as an incident

An incident is a stretch of 3 minutes or more with no API record, or with the website or dashboard not answering. One or two isolated minutes are usually network noise or a restart and are not listed, though they do lower the percentage. “Up without interruption since” resets with any gap of 2 minutes or more.

What this page does not measure

  • The experience from your own connection: checks run from our server in Azure, not from your browser or your country.
  • Third-party services such as WhatsApp, Twilio or payment providers.
  • Specific agent features, such as understanding a voice note or building an order.

Recorded minutes are kept for 120 days. How we handle data is described in our privacy policy and terms of service. If you see a problem this page doesn't show, write to us. More about the company on the about page.

FAQ

Questions businesses ask before starting

Since when is there data?

Since this page was published: the exact date is shown above, under “Measured since”. We don't rebuild the past with estimates; earlier days are gray, with no data.

Why can the website or dashboard show “no data” even when they work?

Because they are checked by the API server itself. If the API is down, nobody checks them during those minutes, and we'd rather say we don't know than count them as up or down.

Does this cover WhatsApp or payment providers?

No. This page measures Zavora's own systems. An outage at WhatsApp, Twilio or a payment provider can affect your messages or payments even if everything here is green.
