Questions businesses ask before starting

How much does it cost?

Nothing. The course, the exam and the certificate are free. You don't need a card and you don't need to be a Zavora customer.

Which certifications are available in English?

Today, AI for Sales, the beginner certification: the course, the exam and the certificate are in English. The other four Zavora Academy certifications are published in Spanish only for now, and we say so next to each one.

How does the exam work?

Multiple-choice questions about the modules. You pass with 80% and get three attempts every 24 hours. Answers are graded on our server, so nobody can see the answer key.

How is a certificate verified?

Each certificate has a serial number, a unique code, a QR code and a public verification page. Anyone who opens it sees who it was issued to, the level, the date and whether it is still valid, without creating an account.

Is the certificate endorsed by a university?

No. Zavora Academy is not affiliated with or endorsed by any university. ZAVORA SAS issues and backs the certificate, and the course builds on public methods such as Jobs to be Done and design thinking.
