How much does Zavora cost?
Start is $115 a month, Grow is $191 and Scale is $302, in US dollars. Custom AI agents and integrations are quoted separately, with a fixed price agreed before work starts.
Does Zavora take a commission on my sales?
No. You pay a monthly subscription and nothing per sale.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There is no long-term contract. You can cancel at any time and keep your plan until the end of the period you already paid for.
Are WhatsApp messages included?
Yes. Customer messages are included up to your plan's monthly limit: 2,500 on Start, 4,000 on Grow and 6,000 on Scale.
Is there a free trial in the US?
Not yet. In the US, onboarding is done with our team on a short call, where we set up the agent with your catalog and agree on billing.
Can my customers pay inside the chat?
Not in the US yet. Payment links in the chat run on Mercado Pago and are available in Colombia and Argentina; card payments for the US are coming soon.
